About the role
- Fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz brands like Oreo, Ritz, and others in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Carry out in-store visits following DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order products for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions
- Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Communicate issues with Mondelēz management team
- Enhance seasonal sales and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive attitude while representing Mondelēz
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from primary location (Woodhaven, MI)
