About the role

  • Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
  • Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
  • Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
  • Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves
  • Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays
  • Order products for shelves and displays
  • Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
  • Communicate any issues with management team
  • Follow the daily schedule for efficient in-store service
  • Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to drive to various store locations
  • Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
  • Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
  • Live within 25 miles range from the primary location
