About the role
- Lead and inspire a team of engineers, defining vision, strategy, and culture
- Set and elevate engineering standards within the team and across the Enterprise group
- Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver robust services and exceptional user experiences
- Design advanced solutions and push platform boundaries
- Drive technical excellence while enabling rapid development and deployment in a microservices and microfrontends environment
- Tackle high-scale engineering challenges impacting growth and success of enterprise customers
- Mentor and grow engineering talent and foster ownership and collaboration
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven management experience
- Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex requirements
- Impact-driven mindset focused on users and business needs
- Strong sense of ownership ensuring high-quality delivery and long-term success
- Experience leading engineering teams and defining team vision and strategy
- Collaboration with product and design teams
- Familiarity with designing advanced solutions and technical architecture
- Experience working in microservices and microfrontends environments
- Experience with Node.js and React (prior experience with stack not required)
