About the role

  • Lead and inspire a team of engineers, defining vision, strategy, and culture
  • Set and elevate engineering standards within the team and across the Enterprise group
  • Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver robust services and exceptional user experiences
  • Design advanced solutions and push platform boundaries
  • Drive technical excellence while enabling rapid development and deployment in a microservices and microfrontends environment
  • Tackle high-scale engineering challenges impacting growth and success of enterprise customers
  • Mentor and grow engineering talent and foster ownership and collaboration

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven management experience
  • Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex requirements
  • Impact-driven mindset focused on users and business needs
  • Strong sense of ownership ensuring high-quality delivery and long-term success
  • Experience leading engineering teams and defining team vision and strategy
  • Collaboration with product and design teams
  • Familiarity with designing advanced solutions and technical architecture
  • Experience working in microservices and microfrontends environments
  • Experience with Node.js and React (prior experience with stack not required)
