About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation of client integrations with Monato’s platform, including APIs and operational workflows.
Assist clients during sandbox testing, request validation, and go-live processes.
Analyze integration flows to identify friction points, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Troubleshoot API behavior and help diagnose integration-related problems.
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical blockers.
Participate in discussions around integration improvements and implementation best practices.
Contribute to post-mortem analyses for incidents related to integrations.
Help identify patterns and feedback that can improve product reliability and developer experience.
Review logs, API requests, and technical documentation to understand and diagnose issues.
Create and maintain documentation, integration guides, and internal playbooks.
Ensure information is clear and accessible for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Continuously improve operational processes around implementations and integrations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
Advanced english (Written & Spoken)
Basic programming knowledge (Python, SQL, or similar).
Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Ability to read technical documentation and analyze logs.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is a plus.
