About the role
- Provide operational and strategic leadership across Community Mental Health Services
- Lead and support multidisciplinary managers to deliver safe, high-quality and efficient care
- Foster strong collaboration with consumers, families, carers and partner organisations
- Ensure achievement of KPIs, financial targets and accreditation standards
- Drive service planning, innovation and continuous improvement
- Promote and embed recovery-oriented, holistic and person-centred practice
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships across internal and external networks
- Lead workforce development, performance management and succession planning
- Act as delegate for the Deputy Operations Manager as required
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership capability in complex healthcare environments
- Strong operational and financial management expertise
- Demonstrated commitment to collaboration with consumers, families, carers and external services
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites
- Deep understanding of recovery-oriented and person-centred practice
- Knowledge of relevant mental health legislation and national standards
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building capability
