About the role
- Provide assistance to Physiotherapists and other Allied Health professionals
- Work with direct supervision to implement therapeutic and related activities, in individual and group settings
- Provide clinical assistance to Allied Health professionals implementing therapy programs in consultation with the Allied Health Professionals
- Provide non-clinical assistance to Allied Health professionals including administrative and cleaning duties
- Work across sites as required
Requirements
- Certificate III or Certificate IV (preferred) in Allied Health Assistance
- For Grade 3 AHA, minimum 3 years’ experience (full time equivalent) and Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance are required
- Relevant experience working as an AHA in a health care setting preferred
- A current Australian Drivers Licence
