About the role
- Providing high-level administrative and clerical support to the Psychiatric Triage Service and the Casey Community Services Manager
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and venue bookings
- Delivering customer-focused service to patients, families, and stakeholders
- Supporting clinical staff in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience (healthcare or mental health preferred)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and relevant legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with systems such as CISCO, HEAT, CMI, iPM, IPROC, BEIMS
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively
