About the role

  • Provide first line leadership to the administration team
  • Supervise clerical and administrative staff within Specialist Consulting (Outpatients)
  • Assist in managing staff rosters and annual leave quotas
  • Deliver training for new staff and ongoing development for existing team members
  • Produce and analyse patient booking reports, ensuring accuracy and supporting staff in error correction
  • Attend and contribute to departmental meetings
