• Support founding team (CEO, Head of Engineering, Head of Design) by managing scheduling, communications, events, and daily priorities.
• Serve as the primary conduit and trusted partner to the founders, ensuring time and focus are aligned with strategic priorities.
• Manage and prioritize calendars, daily workflows, and inbound requests across the founding team to maximize output.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, communications, and follow-ups on behalf of the founders with board members, investors, partners, and team members.
• Build and maintain operational systems to streamline executive communications, task management, and information flow.
• Plan and execute high-quality company and leadership events such as offsites, board meetings, and team gatherings, ensuring both flawless logistics and a polished experience.
• Act as a connector across the company and with external stakeholders, helping the team stay organized, effective, and focused on what matters most.

• Monarch is a personal finance platform aiming to simplify finances for users.
• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure powering ML and AI workloads.
• Enable ML engineers to train, deploy, and monitor models at scale while ensuring security, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
• Implement automated infrastructure solutions using Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Introduce and integrate AI infrastructure capabilities including vector databases, observability, and GPUs.
• Own core cloud infrastructure, networking, secrets management, Kubernetes/GPU orchestration, and shared platform services.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering on LLM runtime, retrieval architecture, observability, and rollouts.

Senior Financial Analyst to support the Finance function during a period of hyper-growth. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll play a key role in scaling our financial planning processes as we grow post closing our Series-B.
Blends strategic finance with hands-on execution — maintaining and improving our core financial model, owning monthly reporting and variance analysis in close partnership with Accounting, and developing ROI models to guide product and growth investments.
Work closely with the leadership team to drive critical decisions around growth strategy, unit economics, and resource allocation.
