• Support ongoing security operations — including monitoring, alerting, incident response, third-party risk assessment, and vulnerability tracking — as part of the Monarch Information Security Team’s weekly on-call rotation.
• Assess and monitor Monarch’s applications, infrastructure, and processes for security and privacy risks by conducting threat modeling, enforcing existing controls, and implementing new measures where gaps are identified.
• Design and implement security controls for agentic AI deployment architecture, agent tooling integrations, model training, deployment, and inference environments, acting as the AI security SME.
• Partner with the AI/ML team to develop and maintain detection systems for anomalies, data drift, and model abuse, enhancing visibility and resilience across the AI lifecycle.
• Enforce secure AI development practices in alignment with industry and Monarch-specific AI security standards.

• Design and produce animated graphics for marketing assets across web, in-app announcements, email campaigns, blog content, and social media.
• Collaborate with the product marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into compelling visual stories.

• Build the Central AI Platform: Design and build a unified, resilient platform for deploying and serving AI features, including routing layer with provider fallbacks, circuit breakers, and cost/latency-aware model selection, central registry for versioning models and prompts, and robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect for Scale and Quality: Own end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategy; lead design of embedding pipelines, develop chunking strategies, implement hybrid search, manage index maintenance, and build/scale LLM evaluation tooling (golden sets, rubric-based scoring, LLM-as-judge with bias controls).
• Ensure Production Excellence: Instrument AI systems with deep observability (structured tracing, cost-attribution, latency metrics); define and uphold SLOs; create incident response runbooks; build safety guardrails for mission-critical AI services.

• Cross-team collaboration: Act as force multiplier for product and AI teams to ship features faster, safer, and smarter; make strategic build-vs-buy decisions and influence rollout strategies, SLAs/SLOs, incident response, and capacity planning.

Senior Financial Analyst to support the Finance function during a period of hyper-growth. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll play a key role in scaling our financial planning processes as we grow post closing our Series-B.
Blends strategic finance with hands-on execution — maintaining and improving our core financial model, owning monthly reporting and variance analysis in close partnership with Accounting, and developing ROI models to guide product and growth investments.
