About the role

  • Advise our clients on the advancement and integration of existing system landscapes (focus on SAP, but explicitly not limited to it)
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical concepts (end-to-end)
  • Participate in projects from concept through design and implementation to go-live and stabilization
  • Design and implement integrations and interfaces (APIs, events, middleware, cloud services) and support testing, cutover and hypercare
  • Support the introduction and optimization of digital processes across multiple systems
  • Act as a sparring partner for clients, project managers and development teams: prepare technology and architecture decisions on a sound basis and explain them clearly
  • Looking ahead: assume responsibility for sub-projects or take on the technical leadership of a small team (depending on interest and experience)

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in IT consulting or software development
  • Knowledge of SAP (interfaces, extensions, integrations) or willingness to learn
  • Technical understanding, ideally development know-how (e.g., ABAP, Fiori UI, C#); ideally you have hands-on software development experience
  • Analytical thinking, initiative and clear communication
  • Fluent German; English advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Enjoy working in agile projects and cross-disciplinary collaboration
  • Openness to new technologies and modern ways of working
  • Hands-on mentality and pragmatism
