About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in the design, development and deployment of Artificial Intelligence solutions for our clients: Vision-Language Models (VLMs), Generative AI (LLMs, AI agents, RAG), Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
Build proofs of concept (POCs), minimum viable products (MVPs) and industrialized solutions that address business challenges.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployed architectures and models.
Propose solutions tailored to client needs while considering functional, technical, regulatory and budgetary constraints.
Take part in the technical scoping of projects, in architectural choices, risk identification and effort estimation.
Contribute to demonstrations, pre-sales activities and responses to tenders when required.
Maintain an active technology watch.
Perform benchmarks of models, frameworks and partner solutions.
Participate in the experimentation and evaluation of new AI technologies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the existing offerings of the AI Service Center.
Help create new offers and services.
Support Monaco Digital’s transformation through Artificial Intelligence.
Represent Monaco Digital at AI-focused events, trade shows and conferences.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
2 to 5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Generative AI, Machine Learning or a related area.
Participation in multiple AI projects in a production environment.
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs).
Experience with fine-tuning and model evaluation.
Python (required).
PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
Pandas, Scikit-Learn.
LangChain, LangGraph.
Microsoft Azure AI Foundry.
Docker, Kubernetes.
Azure DevOps.
Milvus, Azure AI Search.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical curiosity and a passion for innovation.
Team spirit and a service-oriented mindset.
Autonomy and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication.
Fluent in French; professional level in English.
