About the role
- Analyze, diagnose and resolve tickets
- Escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Detect and resolve network outages and failures
- Monitor alerts using Zabbix
- Install and update applications
- Secure connections and create VPNs
- Ensure antivirus, firewall and data security are kept up to date
- Install, configure and maintain equipment
- Respond to incidents remotely or on client sites
- Organize cabling
- Maintain IT assets and patch panels in good condition
- Perform network configurations, TCP/IP and routing protocols
- Manage telephony and Wi‑Fi
Requirements
- Degree in computer networking, systems & networks, or networks and telecommunications
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of network environments, network equipment and firewalls
- Passionate about the profession
- Strong communication skills
