About the role
- Ensure compliance with the quality charter defined at Monaco Digital
- Promote the dissemination of quality best practices
- Participate in the review of specifications
- Write test plans/test cases in accordance with departmental standards
- Execute manual test campaigns
- Design automated regression tests
- Manage the reporting and tracking of defects
- Provide tracking indicators to the project manager
- Act as an advisor to business analysts
- Work closely with development teams
- Report to management
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar test management role
- Experience with a test management tool (Squash TM)
- Experience with a test automation tool (Katalon)
- Experience with a ticketing system (Redmine, JIRA)
- Familiarity with V-model and Agile project methodologies
- ISTQB certification is ideally recognized
- Strong interpersonal skills (interaction with various stakeholders: functional, technical, end users)
- Organized and detail-oriented
