About the role
- Work on-site at client locations to implement systems, perform version upgrades and system migrations
- Deploy the target solutions proposed to clients
- Maintain and adapt security best practices
- Define migration and system evolution plans
- Produce deliverables and all documentation related to the engagement
- Participate in Level 3 (N3) support activities
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with infrastructure hardware
- Ability to perform integrations independently and regular experience with virtualization environments (VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Experience with Windows Server 2008–2022 and its roles (AD DS, GPOs, DNS, RDS, Certificate Services, WSUS, etc.)
- Proficiency with Veeam and associated tools
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services
- Experience or expertise with DataCore would be a plus
- Advanced PowerShell skills and experience creating scripts/programs for automation would be a plus
- Networking knowledge (VLANs, routing, firewalls) would be a plus
