About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform: user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and flows
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders across the business
- Monitor data integrity — deduplication, data cleansing, and routine audits
- Provide first-line troubleshooting and technical support to end users
- Manage system upgrades and test new Salesforce releases before rollout
- Document processes, configuration changes, and internal training materials
- Deliver onboarding and training sessions for new users
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into workable Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Success) on their Salesforce needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience administering or supporting a CRM system — Salesforce experience is a plus, not required; full training is provided
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Fluent, professional English communication skills — written and verbal
- Comfortable managing multiple requests and priorities at once
- Detail-oriented, with strong data accuracy and organizational habits
- Able to learn new systems quickly and take ownership without close supervision
- Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud
- Familiarity with data management tools (Data Loader, Excel/Google Sheets)
