Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of software testing experience with strong grounding in quality assurance concepts and standards
Experience writing and executing manual test cases across functional, regression, integration, and UI testing scopes
Familiarity with test management tools (AIO Test Management preferred or similar) and defect tracking systems such as Jira
Experience participating in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools and approaches; ability to evaluate and apply AI-based testing techniques where relevant
Ability to clearly document expected results, reproduce defects, and communicate findings
Solid understanding of software development processes and ability to collaborate with developers and product owners
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to reproducibility and traceability
Effective verbal and written communication, with ability to work across distributed teams
