About the role
- Lead our revenue operations function as a strategic director.
- Serve as a key driver of digital transformation across the revenue organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to enable sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define and monitor key performance metrics and KPIs.
- Work closely with marketing leadership to ensure seamless lead handoff processes and alignment on lead scoring.
- Modernize the revenue technology ecosystem and evaluate next-generation platforms and integrations.
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions across the revenue lifecycle to improve decision-making.
- Build and scale a unified revenue data layer, enabling real-time insights and predictive analytics.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency of revenue operations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with 2+ years of experience in leadership positions.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing revenue processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, HubSpot, and sales enablement technologies.
- Experience evaluating and deploying emerging revenue technologies, including AI-native tools and automation platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive organizational transformation.
