Requirements

  • 4+ years of applicable product design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates both interaction and visual design at a high level of fidelity
  • Excellent written and spoken English; this is a 100% English-speaking role
  • Skilled in research, synthesis, strategy, and UX/UI delivery; comfortable facilitating workshops and leading client conversations
  • Strong understanding of AI as both material and method. If you’d rate yourself a 4 or 5 (on a 1–5 scale), we want to talk. Skills in vibe coding, prompt engineering, agentic architectures, and rapid prototyping workflows are highly valued
  • Ability to design for the whole: ecosystems, organizations, and interactions that span channels and services
  • Skilled at framing trade-offs and linking design decisions to measurable outcomes
  • Proficient in Figma and other design tools; able to create modular, scalable design systems and prototypes that bring clarity to complex problems
  • Comfortable in distributed, multi-time-zone teams; eager to learn from peers and share knowledge; able to work across industries and contexts with clients as true partners
  • Curious, adaptable, empathetic, critical thinker who can defend design decisions with clarity and conviction
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements or team activities (less than 20%)
