About the role

  • Drive new business development in SG, Malaysia, Indonesia
  • Be responsible for target customers development, new opportunity generation and lead opportunity qualification
  • Be responsible for Sales delivery in SG, Malaysia and Indonesia
  • Deliver technical supports to the key accounts for SG, Malaysia, and Indonesia
  • Work with authorized distributors and direct customers for active & effective sales
  • Work with end users to determine customer needs and propose the right products
  • Work with marketing team to capture technical enquiries & marketing trend
  • Constantly manage CRM and update opportunities in SFA
  • Identify business opportunities/risks
  • Deliver target sales, new NPI sales and its profitability
  • Build relations with R&D, Marketing and other relevant functions within EM segment

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial and technical sales and business development in Chemical or Electronics related industry
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial, technical service, marketing related experience
  • Strong sales skills with high customer orientation
  • Proven records to grow the business through technical spec’d in
  • High willingness to explore new things and create new business models
  • Work experience in MNC with cooperation works with global team
  • Self-confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with good presentation
  • Familiar with using common Office applications
  • Experience in using SAP
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Requirement for a full driving license
