About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring seamless handoff to Professional Services
- Generate new business through outbound outreach, marketing-driven leads, and industry networking
- Conduct discovery meetings to assess prospect needs and challenges
- Deliver tailored product demos and presentations with Sales Engineers
- Communicate Momentive’s value proposition and competitive edge in the association space
- Develop and execute territory plans to drive revenue and meet KPIs
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with client and company goals
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce and other tools
- Provide timely forecast and opportunity reporting to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and services teams
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Represent Momentive at conferences and trade shows
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Uphold company policies and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Travel as needed (up to 40 %)
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota achievement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven success in value-based selling to executives and large organizations; association industry experience preferred
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience with tools like Salesloft or Gong
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Skilled in managing long sales cycles and maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Self-motivated and effective in remote work environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the association market and membership-based organizations
