About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring seamless handoff to Professional Services
  • Generate new business through outbound outreach, marketing-driven leads, and industry networking
  • Conduct discovery meetings to assess prospect needs and challenges
  • Deliver tailored product demos and presentations with Sales Engineers
  • Communicate Momentive’s value proposition and competitive edge in the association space
  • Develop and execute territory plans to drive revenue and meet KPIs
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with client and company goals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce and other tools
  • Provide timely forecast and opportunity reporting to leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and services teams
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Represent Momentive at conferences and trade shows
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Uphold company policies and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Travel as needed (up to 40 %)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota achievement
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven success in value-based selling to executives and large organizations; association industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience with tools like Salesloft or Gong
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Skilled in managing long sales cycles and maintaining a healthy pipeline
  • Self-motivated and effective in remote work environments
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the association market and membership-based organizations
