About the role
- Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational goals
- Lead financial analysis, reporting, and compliance activities to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, ideally as a CFO or VP of Finance
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate finance principles
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing diverse teams
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
