About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement specified and approved backlog requirements, ensuring acceptance criteria and test scenarios
Support documentation of backlog stories, ensuring clarity of requirements
Build prototypes or implement proofs of concept within product design teams
Design automated tests on the platform, including unit and regression tests
Participate in team ceremonies, including effort estimation
Execute the team tasks for which you are responsible
Promptly escalate impediments to the Agile Master or the client team
Act as a technical lead reference, promoting platform best practices and security requirements
Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate degree in Technology
Professional experience on the ServiceNow platform as a Developer, Systems Analyst, or related role
Knowledge of GRC and/or VA (Vulnerability Assessment)
Official CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification from the platform vendor
Completion of ServiceNow Fundamentals training
Completion of Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals training
Completion of Automated Test Framework (ATF) training: Introduction
Completion of Automated Test Framework (ATF) training: Run Tests and Test Suites
