About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement specified and approved backlog requirements, meeting acceptance criteria and test scenarios
Support documentation of backlog stories, ensuring clarity of requirements
Build prototypes or implement proofs of concept within product design teams
Design automated tests on the ServiceNow platform, including unit and regression tests
Participate in team ceremonies and estimate team effort
Execute the team tasks under your responsibility
Escalate impediments to the Agile Master or to the client team
Perform other routine duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress in Information Technology
Professional experience on the ServiceNow platform as a Developer, Systems Analyst, or related role
Completion of ServiceNow Fundamentals training
Completion of Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals training
Completion of Automated Test Framework (ATF): Introduction
Completion of Automated Test Framework (ATF): Run Tests and Test Suites
Completion of Automated Test Framework (ATF): Create and Schedule Tests and Test Suites
Completion of Automated Test Framework (ATF): Additional Tips, Techniques, and Resources
CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification desirable but not mandatory
Possibility of exception to the education requirement for candidates close to completing their degree, with graduation expected in December
