About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop high-level system designs, data models and integration architectures
Define architecture standards, establish governance and guide development teams
Conduct code reviews, manage technical debt and ensure best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and configurations
Define data management strategies, security policies and IAM
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Build prototypes and proofs of concept (POCs)
Manage user stories
Collaborate with integration architects, stakeholders, clients and developers
Design, implement and govern scalable, secure and high-performance Salesforce solutions
Perform other departmental duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service architecture, data model and security model
Required knowledge of Salesforce standard automated solutions using Flows
Experience defining architecture for large Salesforce environments, coordinating and integrating multiple Salesforce products and external systems
Required knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients
Must hold at least three of the following certifications: Salesforce Data Architect; Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect; Salesforce Technical Architect; Salesforce Platform Developer I or II; Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant; Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant; System Architect; Platform Identity and Access Management Architect; Platform Integration Architect
Bachelor's degree in an exact sciences field, or a bachelor's degree in any field plus a 360-hour postgraduate course in Information Technology
Experience in an agile environment is desirable
Advanced spoken English is a plus
