About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop Salesforce solutions using programmatic resources such as Apex and LWC;
Design and implement test classes for triggers, Apex classes and LWC controllers;
Design and implement standard automations, such as Flows, following Salesforce best practices;
Perform unit testing of newly implemented solutions;
Ensure scalability, security and performance of Salesforce applications;
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce;
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives;
Other routine tasks within the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC);
Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model and security model for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
Understanding of Salesforce standard automation solutions using Flows;
Required: Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud;
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients;
Required: Hold the following certifications (for Senior profile, at least two of these are required; for Mid-level and Junior profiles, one is required):
Salesforce App Builder
Salesforce Platform Developer I
Salesforce Platform Developer II
Required: Bachelor's degree in an exact sciences field OR a bachelor's degree in any field plus a postgraduate course (specialization, master's or doctorate) of 360 hours in Information Technology;
Desired: Experience working in an agile environment.
