About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Elicit and define functional requirements together with business areas;
Conduct workshops with clients and stakeholders;
Translate business needs into technical requirements for the implementation team;
Act as the interface between business areas and IT;
Facilitate executive and operational meetings;
Manage conflicts between areas and project teams;
Analyze and understand the client's procurement, contracts and logistics processes;
Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization;
Support governance initiatives, process transformation and continuous improvement;
Build consultative relationships with clients, adding value to the business.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience with SAP MM;
Experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments;
Background in implementation and digital transformation projects;
Experience in requirements gathering and facilitating workshops;
Ability to engage with stakeholders at different organizational levels;
Knowledge of procurement, contract and logistics processes;
Experience with process standardization and governance;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strategic thinking and customer focus;
Proactive with a strong sense of ownership;
Bachelor's degree required;
Language: Advanced spoken English (there will be an interview stage in this language).
