About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Financial Process Configuration: Configure the SAP FI module, covering Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Bank Accounting and Asset Accounting (AA)
Integrity and Closing Assurance: Ensure accounting integrity during financial close and the correctness of postings generated by the digital sales ecosystem
E-commerce Financial Management: Design and operationalize flows for online sales scenarios such as refunds, cancellations, returns, chargebacks and operational retentions
Functional Specifications: Prepare detailed functional specifications for SAP FI customizations and integrations with e-commerce platforms, acquirers and payment gateways
Integration Mapping: Provide technical-functional support for interfaces and data flows via IDoc, RFC, REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services
Integrated Accounting and Tax: Map the accounting and tax impacts of integrations, ensuring correct reflection in the Ledger and reconciliation accounts
Payment Methods Integration: Connect SAP FI to gateways and digital platforms (VTEX, SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris, Salesforce, Shopify, Adobe/Magento)
Automated Financial Reconciliation: Structure and automate billing and payment reconciliation flows (credit card, Pix, boletos and wallets), ensuring clearing and settlement of items
Project Participation: Actively participate in implementation, rollout, support or migration projects to SAP S/4HANA Finance
Testing and Validation: Create test scenarios and conduct end-to-end integrated testing and acceptance (from the digital platform to SAP FI)
Support and Hypercare: Support Go-Live and provide post-implementation support (hypercare), ensuring quick incident resolution and process stability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as an SAP FI Consultant
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting (AA) and Financial Closing processes
Experience in SAP implementation, rollout or support projects
Experience in creating functional specifications and supporting integrations between SAP and third-party systems
Knowledge of integrations via IDoc, RFC, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs
Experience in acceptance testing, integrated testing and post-go-live support
