About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure, evolve and support Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Work with volume-based billing, contracts, price lists, returns, adjustments and credit notes
Manage volume-based sales scenarios, weighted average pricing, contracts and automatic adjustments
Support commercialization and trading processes for fuels, LPG, refined products and energy
Handle regulated billing, industry-specific taxes and complex fiscal rules
Support integrations with metering, logistics and distribution systems
Ensure SAP SD integration with FI, CO, MM, LE/WM/EWM and TM
Support tax configuration for sector operations and reconciliations between billing, finance and logistics
Participate in SAP projects, including rollouts, enhancements, upgrades and migration to SAP S/4HANA
Participate in fit-to-standard and fit-gap analyses, integrated testing, UAT, cutover, hypercare and post go-live stabilization
Document processes, configurations and functional flows
Serve as a functional point of reference for the Commercial, Billing, Logistics and Tax areas
Support the definition of commercial and operational KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience as an SAP SD Specialist
Extensive experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Proven experience in Oil & Energy / fuels / distribution
Strong knowledge of complex billing and advanced pricing
Integration with modules: FI, MM, CO, LE/WM/EWM and TM
Experience in complex corporate environments with high transactional volume
Preferred: experience with S/4HANA Sales
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Logistics or related fields
Plus: SAP SD certification
Courses/training in the energy/fuels sector
Experience with ICMS-ST, special tax regimes and interstate operations
Experience with TMS, EWM and advanced logistics integration
Experience in energy, fuels, distribution companies or utilities
Knowledge of supply contracts and dynamic pricing
