About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and manage network security solutions (WAF, IPS, firewall, network monitoring)
Assess and improve network and technology security architecture, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
Develop use cases for monitoring the environment
Identify and track potential risk scenarios and/or security incidents
Assist in developing remediation and containment actions for incidents
Support root-cause identification of security incidents
Work with clients' security and IT operations teams to implement containment or eradication plans for security incidents
Conduct training on technologies and security awareness
Participate in incident response and crisis management related to information security
Other routine responsibilities of the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in network security and administration of security solutions
Advanced knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, proxies, and WAFs
Experience with network monitoring and traffic analysis tools
Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls
Experience in incident response
Ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal communication skills
Analytical skills and critical thinking for resolving security issues
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields
Hands-on experience with market-leading solutions, including deployment and support: Trellix / Cloudflare / Cisco / F5 / Imperva (a plus)
Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSA (a plus)
Advanced English
