About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide SAP SD functional support (L2/L3), performing analysis and resolution of incidents and problems;
Configure and maintain SAP SD module processes in an SAP S/4HANA environment;
Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes;
Perform root-cause analysis and implement continuous improvements;
Execute and support functional testing (SIT, UAT, and regression tests);
Monitor integrations, interfaces, and IDocs;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and global stakeholders;
Support maintenance and enhancement of SAP Fiori applications related to the SD module.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with SAP SD;
Strong experience in configuration and support of SAP S/4HANA SD;
Advanced knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes;
Experience with Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, and Pricing;
Experience integrating SAP SD with FI, MM, and Logistics processes;
Knowledge of Credit Management and ATP (Available-to-Promise);
Experience with Output Management and Partner Determination;
Experience in AMS environments, providing L2/L3 functional support;
Knowledge of SAP Fiori for Sales and Distribution processes;
Experience with IDocs, interfaces, and integration monitoring;
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex SAP environments;
Bachelor's degree required;
Language: Advanced spoken English (There will be an interview stage in English).
