About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide SAP SD functional support (L2/L3), performing analysis and resolution of incidents and problems;
  • Configure and maintain SAP SD module processes in an SAP S/4HANA environment;
  • Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes;
  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement continuous improvements;
  • Execute and support functional testing (SIT, UAT, and regression tests);
  • Monitor integrations, interfaces, and IDocs;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and global stakeholders;
  • Support maintenance and enhancement of SAP Fiori applications related to the SD module.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working with SAP SD;
  • Strong experience in configuration and support of SAP S/4HANA SD;
  • Advanced knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes;
  • Experience with Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, and Pricing;
  • Experience integrating SAP SD with FI, MM, and Logistics processes;
  • Knowledge of Credit Management and ATP (Available-to-Promise);
  • Experience with Output Management and Partner Determination;
  • Experience in AMS environments, providing L2/L3 functional support;
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori for Sales and Distribution processes;
  • Experience with IDocs, interfaces, and integration monitoring;
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex SAP environments;
  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • Language: Advanced spoken English (There will be an interview stage in English).
