About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst
Review the CMDB in ServiceNow
Manage virtual servers across AWS, Azure and GCP clouds
Manage Windows and Linux operating systems
Deliverables: continuous management of VMs and updates aimed at remediating vulnerabilities in operating systems and software
Full review of the Brazil CMDB with a report on current status and opportunities for remediation/improvement
Governance proposal for application and CMDB management
Other routine duties for the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience working with infrastructure in large corporations
Proven experience with: AWS and Azure cloud
Virtual Machines
Operating systems (Windows Server and Linux)
SQL databases (basic)
Good communication skills (ability to explain clearly and to synthesize information)
Proactive, organized, team-oriented profile with good interpersonal skills
Language: Advanced English (will work in direct contact with global teams).
