About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support in an AMS environment;
Support SAP users in an AMS support environment;
Design and implement integration solutions using SAP Process Integration (PI) and SAP Process Orchestration (PO);
Develop A2A and B2B integration interfaces;
Configure and manage integration scenarios (ICO and dual-stack, where applicable);
Develop mappings and transformations (Graphical, Java and XSLT);
Work with adapters such as IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, File, SFTP, JDBC, among others;
Monitor and support integrations (N2/N3), performing advanced troubleshooting;
Ensure integration performance, security and governance;
Document interfaces and technical solutions;
Support migrations and transition strategies to SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP);
Interact with functional and technical teams;
Other routine tasks in the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with SAP PI/PO;
Experience in AMS support for SAP user assistance;
Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (Solman);
Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP);
Knowledge of API Management;
Experience with SAP Event Mesh (event-driven architecture);
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integrations and APIs;
Experience with EDI/B2B integrations;
Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD;
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
Organizational, multitasking and time-management skills;
Good negotiation skills;
SAP certification required;
Bachelor's degree in IT required.
