About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the functional team for the SAP LE-TRA module;
Provide support to SAP users in an AMS support environment;
Act as the technical and functional subject matter expert for logistics-related topics;
Lead the team of consultants, including planning and monitoring activities;
Manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables;
Define the solution strategy in collaboration with architects and managers;
Serve as the primary client point of contact;
Ensure integration between modules and processes;
Mitigate risks and resolve conflicts;
Monitor project indicators and status;
Support business and technical decision-making;
Perform other routine duties in the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience working with SAP LE-TRA;
Experience in AMS support;
Knowledge of Solman;
Knowledge of ABAP for reading code and creating functional specifications;
Ability to be flexible and to lead a team in a problem-solving environment;
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills;
Strong negotiation skills;
High level of autonomy in decision-making;
SAP certification required;
Bachelor's degree in IT required.
