About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide functional support for the SAP BW module;
Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for reports and dashboards;
Support modeling and maintenance of objects in SAP BW, such as InfoObjects, InfoProviders (DSO, InfoCube and ADSO) and Queries (BEx Query Designer);
Monitor data loads (ETL) and identify failures or inconsistencies;
Support data integration processes with SAP systems (FI, CO, SD, MM and HCM);
Develop and adjust reports using SAP BW tools (BEx, Analysis for Office, among others);
Assist in analysis and resolution of low- and medium-complexity tickets (incidents and service requests);
Participate in implementations, rollouts, or improvements;
Interact with business areas to gather requirements;
Document processes and implemented solutions;
Perform functional testing (unit and integrated);
Other area routines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with SAP BW;
Experience providing AMS support for SAP user assistance;
Knowledge of SolMan (SAP Solution Manager);
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
Organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills;
Good negotiation skills;
SAP certification required;
Bachelor's degree in IT (in progress or completed) required.
