About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute automated tests to validate APIs, with a focus on SAP CPI integrations;
Create functional and automated test scenarios;
Design and maintain test automation scripts;
Execute end-to-end (E2E) tests for SAP business processes;
Perform integration testing involving backend systems, APIs and Web Services;
Validate business requirements within agile methodologies;
Define test automation strategies and scope;
Collaborate with business users, developers and integration teams;
Ensure the quality, stability and compliance of SAP integrations and processes;
Identify, log and track defects to resolution;
Other routine tasks in the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with SAP testing;
Experience with SAP integration testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing;
Knowledge of test automation;
Experience with API testing;
Familiarity with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration);
Experience with Katalon Studio;
Experience with Postman;
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Microsoft VSTS/Azure DevOps);
Understanding of DevOps practices and Continuous Testing;
Knowledge of SAP SD processes (Sales Order creation, Invoice creation, Order-to-Cash (O2C) process) and RTR (Record to Report);
Experience integrating SAP with third-party systems via CPI, APIs or Web Services;
Experience in: Integration testing;
End-to-End testing;
Backend validation;
Database validation;
API and Web Services testing;
Accessibility testing;
Mobile testing;
Knowledge of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
Required: Bachelor's degree completed;
Plus points: Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Agile);
Knowledge of Git;
Good communication skills;
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
