About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with the sales team to design and build technical solutions that meet clients' needs;
- Gather requirements and analyze complex IT scenarios;
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including presentations, RFPs/RFIs, and demonstrations;
- Support solution architecture definition in the areas of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure;
- Work on opportunities involving BMC tools and solutions;
- Lead technical presentations and workshops with clients;
- Support positioning and differentiation strategies for solutions;
- Interact with partners and vendors to compose solutions;
- Ensure alignment between commercial, technical, and delivery teams;
- Perform other routine tasks within the area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Pre-Sales or IT Solution Architecture
- Strong knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Information Security; Infrastructure (on-premises and/or cloud)
- Experience with tools or projects involving BMC (considered a strong advantage)
- Experience preparing technical proposals and participating in RFP/RFI processes
- Consultative mindset, able to translate business needs into technology solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
- Language: Intermediate/Advanced English (required for interaction with partners and technical materials); Advantage: Advanced Spanish.
