About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage SAP projects, being responsible for: leadership of technical and functional teams;
KPI management;
Conducting status meetings and presenting reports;
Management of deliverables;
Creating and controlling detailed schedules with activities;
Participate in the migration project to SAP S/4HANA and the Tax Reform, conducting management activities related to the tax context and requirements;
Coordinate initiatives involving SAP and integrations with legacy systems;
Work on global projects, interacting with teams from different regions (LATAM and others);
Work with multiple distributed teams, ensuring alignment and execution of deliveries;
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies in project execution;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing SAP projects;
Experience in Enhancements, Upgrades and Rollouts (in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments);
Experience with SAP and integrations with legacy systems;
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
Experience in global projects and programs (LATAM and other regions);
Experience working with multiple distributed teams;
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Rise;
Bachelor's degree required;
Language: Advanced conversational English (there will be an interview stage in this language).
