SAP Project Manager – S/4HANA, Senior
Mollica ITSAP Project Manager responsible for leading teams and managing SAP projects for Mollica IT. Engage with global teams and apply Agile methodologies to deliver results.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage SAP projects, being responsible for: leadership of technical and functional teams;
- KPI management;
- Conducting status meetings and presenting reports;
- Management of deliverables;
- Creating and controlling detailed schedules with activities;
- Participate in the migration project to SAP S/4HANA and the Tax Reform, conducting management activities related to the tax context and requirements;
- Coordinate initiatives involving SAP and integrations with legacy systems;
- Work on global projects, interacting with teams from different regions (LATAM and others);
- Work with multiple distributed teams, ensuring alignment and execution of deliveries;
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies in project execution;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing SAP projects;
- Experience in Enhancements, Upgrades and Rollouts (in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments);
- Experience with SAP and integrations with legacy systems;
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Experience in global projects and programs (LATAM and other regions);
- Experience working with multiple distributed teams;
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Rise;
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Language: Advanced conversational English (there will be an interview stage in this language).
