About the role
- Manage SAP projects, being responsible for: leadership of technical and functional teams;
- KPI management;
- Conducting status meetings and presenting reports;
- Management of deliverables;
- Creating and controlling detailed schedules with activities;
- Participate in the migration project to SAP S/4HANA and the Tax Reform, conducting management activities related to the tax context and requirements;
- Coordinate initiatives involving SAP and integrations with legacy systems;
- Work on global projects, interacting with teams from different regions (LATAM and others);
- Work with multiple distributed teams, ensuring alignment and execution of deliveries;
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies in project execution;
Requirements
- Experience managing SAP projects;
- Experience in Enhancements, Upgrades and Rollouts (in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments);
- Experience with SAP and integrations with legacy systems;
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Experience in global projects and programs (LATAM and other regions);
- Experience working with multiple distributed teams;
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Rise;
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Language: Advanced conversational English (there will be an interview stage in this language).
