About the role

  • Execute functional activities in the OTC (Order to Cash) process, including: Billing: Sales Orders; Issuance of invoices; Pricing (pricing procedures); Creation of tax codes.
  • Provide support for SAP Notes in the context of Tax Reform, including technical and functional prerequisites.
  • Support developers with: code fixes (remediation); new developments.
  • Execute tests: IT and integration tests; support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Participate in the migration project to SAP S/4HANA / Tax Reform, performing functional activities for the OTC process.
  • As a Functional Consultant, be responsible for: requirements gathering (blueprint).
  • Adopt "back to standard" practices in SAP Brazil Localization.
  • Perform customizations and configurations in SAP (customizing/settings).
  • Support Basis and ABAP teams with SAP Notes.
  • Execute unit tests.
  • Support business testing and UAT.
  • Transition requirements to stakeholders and key users.
  • Train key users.
  • Provide post-go-live support (hypercare/stabilization).
  • Handle SAP incidents reported by business users.
  • Deliver improvements, enhancements, and fixes according to business needs.
  • Work closely with team leads and project managers to execute activities.
  • Review solutions proposed by other team members and suggest improvements.
  • Proactively engage with users to identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Be responsible for specific processes within the functional domain.
  • Understand business needs from the client’s perspective.
  • Perform other routine tasks within the area.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant, with knowledge of SAP LES-TRA.
  • Experience integrating with other systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP Brazil Localization, especially NF-e (outbound).
  • Pricing expertise.
  • Experience improving sales processes.
  • Experience in implementation projects, upgrades and rollouts.
  • Knowledge of SAP DRC, Sovos, OneSource and Easyway.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA (RISE).
  • Experience working with multiple teams across different regions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Language: Advanced English for conversation (there will be an interview stage in English).
