About the role

  • Design, configure and implement SAP TM solutions;
  • Elicit functional requirements and map logistics processes;
  • Develop functional documentation, technical specifications, and guide development teams;
  • Execute functional and integration tests, and support the UAT phase;
  • Provide post-go-live support and propose continuous improvements;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent deliveries;
  • Contribute technically in workshops, meetings, and solution definition;
  • Other routine activities within the area.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with SAP TM;
  • Hands-on experience with transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement;
  • Experience integrating TM with SAP ECC/S/4HANA (SD, MM, EWM, WM);
  • Design and optimization of logistics processes;
  • Participation in at least one TM implementation, acting on configuration activities (Explore and Realize phases);
  • Required: SAP TM certification;
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
  • Preferred: Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), or SAP Activate;
  • Experience in Oil & Gas (O&G) environments;
  • Desirable: ABAP knowledge for debugging;
  • Language: Advanced conversational English (an interview will be conducted in English).
