About the role
- Act as Product Manager for digital products
- Define and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization of requests based on business value and customer impact
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap, in alignment with business objectives and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap
- Translate business requirements into user stories
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand needs and expectations
- Lead agile ceremonies (Planning, Review, Refinement)
- Make strategic decisions regarding product features
- Ensure the development team understands requirements and objectives
- Define and track product KPIs
- Vendor management
- Service Management
- Drive the full product lifecycle, from discovery and hypothesis validation to launch and optimization
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective product delivery
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data to guide decisions and improvements
- Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships that can drive product development and adoption
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement
- Other related responsibilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Ability to prioritize and manage the backlog
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills (didactic and ability to synthesize)
- Resilience, organization and conflict management skills
- Proactive, organized, team-oriented and with strong interpersonal skills
- Desired: Knowledge of Salesforce and agile management tools
- Language: Advantage — Advanced conversational English, as there will be interaction with teams abroad (India, Italy and the USA).

- Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, SP (onsite 2–3 times per week in Santo Amaro, near João Dias CPTM station)
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
