About the role
- Prioritize new technical features and/or improvements for Trade Compliance and Trade Preferences to meet business needs;
- Refine the backlog by adding necessary technical features and epics;
- Work closely with suppliers and Product Owners;
- Drive the standardization of business processes and strategies to achieve world-class design;
- Effectively engage with business and functional teams to provide the best technical solutions aligned with program design and implementation standards;
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions for global Trade Compliance processes;
- Lead the development and deployment of integrated solutions;
- Plan and execute technical tests and support the business team in planning and executing Business Simulation Tests (BST) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT);
- Apply compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility, ensuring SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are kept up to date as needed;
- Other area routines.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain business processes and end-to-end interconnections with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Delivery, Logistics, Finance, and Data;
- Solid understanding of SAP ERP technical capabilities;
- Strong knowledge of SAP GTS technical capabilities;
- Experience in 1 to 2 full lifecycle SAP GTS implementations;
- Knowledge of global Trade Compliance processes;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and good knowledge of SOX and GxP compliance regulations;
- Experience with agile methodology and software development lifecycle (SDLC) management models, including documentation;
- Proven track record of success leading self-organized cross-functional teams;
- Experience in regional/global environments and working with stakeholders from multiple countries;
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally;
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations accurately and make productive decisions based on informed judgment;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to handle shifting priorities in dynamic environments;
- Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree;
- Language: Required: Advanced English for conversation (there will be an interview stage in English).
