About the role

  • Act as a functional SAP SD consultant in system implementation, support and enhancement projects;
  • Configure and parameterize sales and distribution processes in the SAP SD module;
  • Support end-to-end processes including domestic sales, export, deemed export and billing;
  • Manage Transportation Management (KAD), Service/Milestone Billing and Project-Based Billing;
  • Configure FOC Sales processes, Taxation and Revenue Recognition;
  • Implement and maintain Sales Contracts, manage Sales Returns and Customer Complaints;
  • Support Project Planning & Budget, Warranty Management and Project Profitability analysis;
  • Configure Intercompany Sales, Return Containers and Inter-Plant Stock Transfers;
  • Parameterize pricing strategies and manage Proof of Delivery;
  • Implement Customer Consignment, Maintenance Sales and Service Order Management;
  • Configure Subcomponent Management, Dispute Management and Rebates & Commission processes;
  • Manage Settlement Contracts and their integrations with other modules;
  • Execute cutover activities and data migration in implementation projects;
  • Develop functional documentation (Functional Specifications, procedures and manuals);
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams (consultants, developers, business analysts);
  • Other routine tasks in the area.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in SAP SD/LES;
  • Strong proficiency in SAP SD with knowledge of ATP (Available-to-Promise), SAP Fiori apps and Workflows;
  • Knowledge of SAP LE (Logistics Execution), SAP TRA (Transportation) and SAP WM (Warehouse Management);
  • Strong proven understanding of SAP landscapes and terminology, including change management and management of parallel/dual SAP environments;
  • Practical experience with cutover activities and data migration;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with effective active listening;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize demands in a dynamic environment;
  • Good collaboration skills and ability to work cooperatively with multidisciplinary teams (internal and external consultants);
  • Ability to develop technical-functional documentation (Functional Specifications);
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
