About the role

  • Perform configuration, support, and enhancements for SAP FI and CO modules
  • Analyze and implement financial processes in SAP, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting and Controlling (CO)
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives and complex system integrations, including 3PL/4PL logistics
  • Configure and support Brazil-specific tax rules and integration of electronic invoicing (e-invoicing / NF-e) with the government SEFAZ portal
  • Ensure the SAP environment complies with LGPD, SOX and relevant ISO standards
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and SLA compliance
  • Mentor and develop technical teams, and deliver user training to maximize solution adoption and efficiency
  • Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting for financial processes in SAP
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation for implemented solutions
  • Provide user support and conduct training related to financial processes in SAP
  • Other routine tasks as required

Requirements

  • Strong experience with SAP FI/CO
  • Experience configuring financial processes in SAP (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Controlling)
  • Experience with integrations between FI and other SAP modules (MM and SD)
  • Knowledge of Brazilian tax rules and integration of electronic invoicing (NF-e) with SEFAZ
  • Knowledge of compliance and governance, including LGPD, SOX and ISO standards
  • Language: Advanced spoken English (conversational)
