About the role

  • Prospect new clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Organize the commercial workflow (planning, conducting meetings, gathering requirements, preparing proposals, negotiating and closing contracts).
  • Manage and develop a client portfolio.
  • Anticipate customer demands to stay ahead of competitors, with a constant focus on prospecting and promoting the company's product portfolio.
  • Establish communication channels with clients at both influencer and decision-maker levels.
  • Manage KPIs and results: sales, cancellations, pipeline, forecast and backlog.
  • Build strategic partnerships inside and outside the company.
  • Work on customer retention and loyalty.
  • Participate in events.
  • Lead strategic commercial meetings.
  • Negotiate and close contracts.
  • Develop activities to strengthen the brand and positioning in the SAP segment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in active SAP market prospecting.
  • Strong skills in Sales Management and Contract Management.
  • Experience working with SAP clients (essential).
  • Experience in consultative sales of services (preferably staff augmentation/outsourcing).
  • Strongly results- and target-oriented profile.
  • Strong ability in active prospecting (Hunter profile).
  • Experience in B2B contract negotiation and closing.
  • Strategic experience in structuring a commercial area.
  • Proven experience in Team Management and promoting collaboration.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Active portfolio of SAP clients.
  • Desirable: prior experience expanding commercial operations.
  • Experience in consulting firms or SAP body shop companies.
  • Language: Advanced conversational English (differential).
