About the role

  • Provide AMS (Application Management Services) support for corporate applications
  • Elicit, document and analyze functional and business requirements
  • Support business areas in using the systems
  • Map and optimize organizational processes
  • Support initiatives related to Enterprise Quality Management (EQM)
  • Work on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) processes
  • Support audit activities and risk management
  • Prepare functional documentation and operational procedures
  • Perform queries and analysis in SQL Server databases
  • Interact with technical teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements
  • Other routine tasks within the area.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst
  • Knowledge of EQM (Enterprise Quality Management)
  • Knowledge of ECM (Enterprise Content Management)
  • Experience in Risk Management
  • Experience with audit processes
  • Experience with SQL Server (queries, data analysis)
  • Experience in system support/AMS
  • Good communication skills for interacting with business areas
  • Completed Bachelor's degree
