About the role

  • Lead business requirement gathering to collect requirements and understand stakeholder needs related to Outbound Transportation;
  • Analyze carrier specifications to ensure alignment with business requirements and operational capabilities;
  • Develop user stories that represent functional requirements;
  • Support testing activities, including creating test cases, executing tests, and documenting results;
  • Produce progress reports to communicate project status, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders;
  • Collaborate effectively with the TS team, external vendors, and development teams to enable project implementation and address issues;
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to gather insights and stakeholder feedback;
  • Other routine duties within the area.

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM);
  • Experience with SCT products: xTRACK (cloud logistics intelligence designed for the SAP® environment);
  • XPS (multi-carrier process automation with parcel shipment and manifesting for SAP®);
  • Proven experience in product analysis, especially in outbound transportation or logistics;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience writing user stories and executing tests;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities;
  • Knowledge of carrier management and logistics operations;
  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • Language: Advanced conversational English (there will be an interview stage in this language).
