About the role

  • Document architecture, processes, requirements and best practices, promoting structured architecture management;
  • Administration of Linux servers (CentOS, Ubuntu, Red Hat, etc.);
  • Implementation of security policies, application of patches and updates;
  • Automation of tasks through scripting (Shell);
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving issues on Linux servers;
  • Administration of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy);
  • Integration of Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML or OAuth to retrieve information from Active Directory;
  • Management of servers, volumes, clusters and network services;
  • Deployment and maintenance of services such as IIS and Failover Clustering;
  • Automation of tasks using PowerShell;
  • Performance monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving issues in Windows environments.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP);
  • Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Knowledge of ITSM – ServiceNow;
  • Tasks related to database servers (SQL scripts, backups, database cloning processes, etc.);
  • Knowledge of databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MySQL;
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and SAFe;
  • Experience with JIRA;
  • Experience with qTest;
  • Experience with TruValt;
  • Experience with MuleSoft;
  • Experience with Solution Manager (SolMan);
  • Completion of undergraduate degree required;
  • Languages: Intermediate English and advanced Spanish.
