About the role
- Design and implement SAP IAG solutions to enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies in SAP systems.
- Perform risk analyses of user roles and authorizations to identify and remediate SoD conflicts;
- Maintain compliance with internal audit requirements and regulations;
- Access analysis;
- Role design;

- Audit reporting and access risk simulations;
- Automate access provisioning and conduct periodic access reviews;
- Develop and optimize SAP roles and profiles to minimize SoD violations;

- Configure and manage SAP access control tools (e.g., GRC Access Control, IAG);
- Generate reports on SoD violations, access risks, and remediation status for stakeholders;
- Establish access governance and SoD management best practices;
- Provide training and guidance to business users on SoD compliance;
- Other related duties.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SAP IAG and SAP GRC Access Control modules;
- Experience configuring SoD rule sets and performing risk analysis;
- Familiarity with SAP security concepts (roles, profiles, and authorization objects);
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR/LGPD) and their impacts on access governance;
- Ability to perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Analytical profile with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Preferred: Experience in SAP environments with multiple systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.);
- Knowledge of integrations between SAP IAG and other identity management tools.
