Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP applications;
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Basis activities, release/version upgrades (SAP release version upgrades), and infrastructure updates for cloud customers;
  • Experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud solutions;
  • Practical experience in infrastructure operations, networking, interfaces, and load balancer-related topics in the context of SAP landscape management (TLO);
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to design solutions and define end-to-end resolution mechanisms;
  • Hands-on experience in migrations (on-premises to cloud / cross-cloud / between data centers);
  • Excellent customer focus, networking, relationship building, results orientation, organization, and decision-making;
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal);
  • Understanding of escalation procedures and escalation management with customers, proactively working with internal teams to reach a resolution;
  • Experience working with multicultural and cross-functional teams;
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of cloud architecture and technical IT infrastructure;
  • Knowledge of and/or certification in Azure, AWS, or GCP fundamentals;
  • Experience with Migration and Upgrade projects, especially S/4H Cloud;
  • Knowledge of Project Management fundamentals, ITIL, and Lean is a plus.
