About the role

  • Conduct detailed analyses of client requirements and translate those needs into effective solutions using SAP best practices;
  • Configure the system according to client specifications, ensuring process quality and efficiency;
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure adoption and effective use of implemented solutions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and interoperability between SAP SuccessFactors modules;
  • Monitor and resolve technical and functional issues related to SAP payroll and the Payroll Control Center;
  • Participate in the definition and continuous improvement of processes related to the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solution;
  • Configure SAP Payroll Control Center and Mashups;
  • Configure all payroll calculation processes in SAP, such as termination/severance, vacations, 13th salary (year‑end bonus), union contributions, profit‑sharing (PLR), benefits, etc.;
  • Build rules and schemas (PCRs);
  • Prepare functional specifications;
  • Prepare data sets and test scenarios;
  • Perform unit testing;
  • Perform integration testing;
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT);
  • Support parallel testing;
  • Validate ABAP developments;
  • Data migration and data loads; other routine activities related to the area.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SAP ECP projects, including participation in implementation or rollout of the Payroll Control Center;
  • Advanced knowledge of payroll processes (termination/severance, vacations, 13th salary, union contributions, profit‑sharing, benefits);
  • Experience in creating functional specifications for custom solutions and validating ABAP developments;
  • Ability to perform advanced configurations and customizations in SAP ECP and PCC;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (preferably SAP Activate) and project management practices;
  • Proven experience in SAP implementation projects;
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields is required;
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification is desirable;
  • Advanced English is desirable.
